A reputable firm in Bahrain is looking to recruit a locally available professional who can efficiently handle dual responsibilities in human resources and accounting. The ideal candidate will support both HR functions and accounting tasks, ensuring smooth operational workflows within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting duties including bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial record keeping.
• Handle human resource activities such as employee record management, attendance tracking, and assisting with recruitment processes.
• Coordinate with different departments to align HR and accounting operations with company policies.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and financial regulations.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience or interest in HR-related tasks such as payroll, employee data management, and communication.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively under employer’s schedule.

Salary and Benefits

The position offers a monthly salary of 300 BD. Additional benefits will be discussed during the interview process.
