Job Overview

We are urgently seeking a skilled Drone Operator / Drone Pilot for an important project based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role requires a seasoned professional with valid Saudi drone operating credentials and hands-on experience in drone inspections across industrial sectors such as oil, gas, petrochemical, and infrastructure.

The position offers a competitive basic salary of up to SAR 6,000 with immediate or short notice joining, preferably open to Saudi nationals currently residing in the Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating advanced UAV systems, primarily DJI or similar, to perform aerial inspections and monitoring. Duties include:

• Conducting safe and compliant drone flights in line with GACA regulations and project safety protocols
• Capturing high-quality aerial photos, videos, and inspection footage for detailed analysis
• Providing aerial support to inspection teams by offering comprehensive views of facilities and equipment
• Performing thorough pre-flight and post-flight checks to ensure equipment readiness and safety
• Maintaining accurate flight logs and inspection reports
• Collaborating closely with site personnel and inspection teams to align flight operations with project requirements
• Carrying out routine drone maintenance and troubleshooting any technical issues promptly

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Saudi Drone Operating Licence and GACA Part 107 certification
• Proven experience operating drones professionally, with specialization in industrial or infrastructure inspections highly desirable
• Familiarity with drone safety protocols, pre-flight procedures, and Saudi aviation regulations
• Hands-on experience with DJI or equivalent professional UAV equipment
• Strong understanding of the operational environment within oil, gas, petrochemical, or similar sectors is an advantage
• Immediate availability and willingness to mobilize to Riyadh on short notice
• Preference given to Saudi nationals currently located within Saudi Arabia
