Key Responsibilities

The Civil Estimation Engineer will be responsible for accurately preparing cost estimates and project budgets, evaluating material and labor requirements, and collaborating with project managers to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of construction projects. The role includes analyzing tender documents, conducting site visits when necessary, and liaising with suppliers and contractors.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in civil estimation within the construction sector
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
• Capable of preparing detailed quantity take-offs and cost analysis
