Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior BIM Engineer to join our team in Dubai. This role focuses on developing and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) for audiovisual (AV), lighting, lighting control, and related systems. The ideal candidate will handle multidisciplinary coordination, perform clash detection, and produce high-quality technical drawings using Revit and AutoCAD while adhering to project specifications and consultant standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and maintain detailed BIM models for AV, lighting, and lighting control systems.
• Prepare and review shop drawings, installation schematics, equipment schedules, and BIM families.
• Conduct clash detection to ensure seamless integration across different disciplines.
• Collaborate closely with project teams to guarantee compliance with design and technical requirements.
• Interpret architectural and electrical drawings to produce accurate BIM outputs.

Required Skills and Experience

• 6 to 8 years of professional experience in lighting estimation and BIM modeling.
• Strong knowledge of lighting system designs and layouts.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural and electrical drawings.
• Expertise in Revit and AutoCAD software.
• Bachelor’s Technical Degree or equivalent qualification.
