Job Overview

Elenco Emirates Group is seeking a skilled MEP Supervisor to oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works at various project sites across the UAE. This role requires hands-on supervision, effective coordination, and ensuring adherence to quality, schedule, and safety standards for all MEP activities.

Key Responsibilities

The MEP Supervisor will be responsible for managing the daily operations of MEP technicians and subcontractors. This includes ensuring that all installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance tasks are executed in line with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. Regular site inspections will be conducted to maintain quality standards and identify any issues requiring prompt resolution. The supervisor will also liaise closely with engineers, contractors, consultants, and other site teams to facilitate smooth project progression. Maintaining proper availability of materials, tools, and equipment and preparing daily progress reports for management updates are integral parts of this role. Additionally, the supervisor must ensure full compliance with UAE regulations, company policies, and health, safety, and environmental requirements. Coordinating both preventive and corrective maintenance activities to guarantee timely project completion is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in MEP supervision within the construction industry. A diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering discipline is preferred. Strong technical knowledge of MEP installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance is critical. Effective communication skills and the ability to lead teams while managing multiple site tasks are essential for success. Prior experience working in the UAE is highly advantageous.

Work Environment

This position involves working on-site in various construction environments throughout the UAE, requiring collaboration with diverse teams and adherence to strict quality and safety standards.
