Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Team Lead to join our engineering team in the United Arab Emirates. This role requires a professional with a solid background in facilities management and extensive knowledge of HVAC systems to lead a team effectively and ensure optimal system performance.

Key Responsibilities

In this leadership position, you will oversee HVAC operations including maintenance and troubleshooting of chillers, Air Handling Units (AHUs), Fan Coil Units (FCUs), Package Air Conditioners (PAC), and split AC systems. You will also be responsible for coordinating team activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and improving system efficiency through proactive management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Facilities Management
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Strong expertise in HVAC system operations and maintenance
• In-depth understanding of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, PAC, and split AC units
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership abilities
