Job Overview

We are looking for a friendly and attentive Ticketing and Indoor Playground Associate to join our team in Doha. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and creating enjoyable experiences for families visiting our indoor play area.

Key Responsibilities

The associate will be responsible for managing ticket sales and processing POS transactions accurately. Handling daily cash register closures along with sales calculations and reporting will be essential tasks. Managing guest check-ins, controlling queue flow, and overseeing reservations to ensure a smooth experience for visitors are also part of the role. Maintaining safety standards and hygiene across all play zones is a priority. Additionally, promoting memberships, merchandise, and ongoing campaigns will be expected, all while providing warm and professional service to guests.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should hold a valid Qatar Residence Permit (QID). Prior experience in indoor playgrounds, leisure centers, or family entertainment venues will be considered a strong advantage. Proficiency with MS Office applications and POS systems is necessary for this position. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are important, and knowledge of basic Arabic will be beneficial. Candidates should have an energetic and child-friendly demeanor and be flexible to work on weekends and public holidays. The ability to start promptly after hiring is also required.
