Seaworks Company is seeking a seasoned Dredging Superintendent to oversee and direct dredging operations on large-scale marine and offshore projects across Qatar and Saudi Arabia. This leadership role calls for a professional with a profound understanding of dredging techniques and marine construction to ensure safety, efficiency, and superior project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

The Dredging Superintendent will be responsible for managing day-to-day dredging activities, coordinating with marine teams, and supervising the deployment of specialized equipment such as Cutter Suction Dredgers (CSD), Trailing Suction Hopper Dredgers (TSHD), Backhoe Dredgers, pipelines, booster stations, and marine support vessels. Ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications while maintaining smooth communication among stakeholders will be vital.

Required Skills and Experience

• Over 10 years of practical experience in dredging operations.
• At least 5 years of experience in a superintendent role overseeing dredging projects.
• Proven expertise with various dredging equipment including CSD, TSHD, and Backhoe Dredgers.
• Hands-on knowledge of port development, land reclamation, navigation channel dredging, and coastal protection initiatives.
• Experience working on dredging projects within the GCC region or internationally is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and effective problem-solving aptitude.
