Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Mechanical Supervisor to manage and oversee the daily operations of cooling plants within Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on ensuring the efficient performance, maintenance, and inspection of critical mechanical systems including air-cooled chillers, pumps, AHUs, and FCUs across various projects.

Key Responsibilities

The Mechanical Supervisor will lead all operations and maintenance (O&M) activities with a focus on preventive maintenance programs. You will monitor system performance, identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues promptly, and coordinate a team of technicians to maintain high equipment reliability. Ensuring strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) guidelines is a crucial part of this position.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC discipline.
• 2 to 5 years of practical experience in mechanical supervision, preferably in cooling plant environments.
• Strong knowledge of air-cooled chillers, pumps, air handling units (AHUs), and fan coil units (FCUs).
• Ability to lead maintenance teams effectively and resolve mechanical faults efficiently.
• Familiarity with safety standards and protocols relevant to mechanical operations.
• Transferable Iqama is preferred for candidates currently based in Saudi Arabia.

Work Environment

This position is based in Riyadh and involves working closely with operations and maintenance teams on-site. The role requires active supervision and hands-on involvement to ensure optimal plant performance.
