Job Overview

We are urgently seeking qualified Electrical Supervisors and Instrument Supervisors to join leading oil and gas operations in Qatar. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with extensive experience in the petrochemical, refinery, or process plant sectors.

Electrical Supervisor Role

Candidates should hold a diploma in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification. A minimum of 10 years of industry experience is required, with at least 5 years in oil and gas, petrochemical, or process plant environments. Preference will be given to those holding an AEP certification. Strong communication skills in English and proficiency in MS Office applications are also essential. Experience working both onshore and offshore is highly valued.

Instrument Supervisor Role

The ideal Instrument Supervisor will have a diploma in Instrumentation or a related field, supported by 8 to 10 years of experience within the oil and gas, refinery, or petrochemical industries. Expertise in systems such as DCS, ESD, PLC, F&G, SCADA, HART, and Foundation Fieldbus is critical. Practical knowledge of calibration, loop checking, and pre-commissioning activities is expected. Candidates with Gulf region experience will be given priority.
