Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Civil Foreman to join our construction team in Bahrain. This role offers a competitive monthly salary of BD 250 and is ideal for professionals with at least five years of hands-on experience in the construction industry. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing daily site activities and ensuring projects progress efficiently according to plan.

Key Responsibilities

The Civil Foreman will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the efforts of workers and subcontractors on site. This includes managing manpower deployment, monitoring daily tasks, and making sure all work complies with the project drawings and specified requirements. Strong leadership and effective communication will be essential to maintain productivity and safety throughout the workday.
