HungerStation is currently seeking dedicated Freelance Delivery Associates to join their team in Riyadh. This role requires applicants to have their own vehicle, as the position involves delivering orders promptly across the city. Compensation and Benefits

The total monthly package offered amounts to SAR 4,715, which includes several allowances to support your work and living expenses. The breakdown is as follows:

• Basic Salary: SAR 2,500
• Food Allowance: SAR 500
• Accommodation Allowance: SAR 300
• Fuel Allowance: SAR 1,300
• Mobile Allowance: SAR 115

Work Schedule and Targets

This position involves working 26 days per month, with 12-hour shifts daily. Delivery associates are expected to meet a monthly target of 500 completed orders. Meeting or exceeding this target unlocks additional earning opportunities through extra delivery incentives.

Performance Incentives

Drivers who go beyond the 500 order target are rewarded with extra pay per order completed past this figure:

• For 1 to 100 extra orders: SAR 6 per order
• For 101 to 200 extra orders: SAR 7 per order
• For 201 to 300 extra orders: SAR 8 per order

If the 500 order target is not achieved, deliveries will be compensated at a rate of SAR 6.50 per order.
