Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Sales Manager with extensive experience in the PPE and industrial materials sector in Saudi Arabia. This role is crucial for driving sales growth, expanding our market reach, and maintaining strong client partnerships within the KSA market, particularly in Jubail.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that meet revenue goals. They will identify new opportunities in PPE, electrical, mechanical, and industrial materials, while nurturing long-lasting relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.

• Design and implement effective sales plans to achieve targets
• Identify potential business prospects across relevant sectors
• Maintain and grow client and partner relationships
• Manage quotations, tender processes, and sales proposals
• Perform market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead
• Lead the sales team to enhance performance and productivity
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and prompt delivery
• Track sales KPIs and prepare detailed performance reports
• Negotiate contracts, pricing models, and long-term supply agreements

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in PPE and industrial materials trading within Saudi Arabia is essential
• Deep knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market dynamics and regulatory environment
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams
• A valid Saudi driving license is preferred; additional relevant certifications are advantageous
