We are seeking a skilled Civil Estimator with 10 to 15 years of expertise in the Oil & Gas sector, especially with ADNOC pipeline construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and proven experience estimating costs and resources for large-scale infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

The primary role involves preparing accurate cost estimates for pipeline construction projects within the Oil & Gas industry. This includes analyzing project plans, specifications, and scopes to determine labor, materials, and equipment requirements. The estimator will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure competitive and realistic budgeting, supporting successful project execution under the ADNOC framework.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10 to 15 years of experience in estimation roles, specifically in the Oil & Gas sector.
• In-depth knowledge of pipeline construction and related civil engineering practices.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to review technical documents and translate them into cost projections.
• Familiarity with ADNOC project standards and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with cross-functional teams.
