Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled 3D Visualizer to join our innovative design team in the United Arab Emirates. In this position, you will convert 2D CAD drawings, architectural blueprints, and conceptual sketches into stunning, photorealistic 3D images, animations, and walkthroughs. This role requires close collaboration with architects, interior designers, and project managers to effectively represent creative ideas for client presentations and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Creating detailed and precise 3D models along with photorealistic still visuals and animated walkthroughs based on architectural plans and project briefs.
• Applying realistic textures, materials, and lighting settings to achieve the desired ambiance and accurate representation of each scene.
• Enhancing raw renders through post-production techniques including image editing and compositing using tools like Adobe Photoshop.
• Collaborating with architects, interior designers, and other stakeholders to understand design objectives and incorporate feedback into refinements.
• Managing rendering schedules to ensure timely delivery of high-quality visual assets.
• Maintaining and updating the 3D asset library, including materials, vegetation, furniture models, and HDRI environments.
• Keeping up with new developments in visualization software, real-time rendering engines, and AI-assisted workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, applicants should have:

• A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.
• Between 2 to 5+ years of professional experience working as a 3D Visualizer, Architectural Renderer, or 3D Artist.
• A compelling, professional portfolio demonstrating high-quality interior and exterior renders or product animations.
• Proficiency with leading 3D modeling software such as 3ds Max, Blender, Cinema 4D, SketchUp, Maya, or D4 Render.
• Experience using render engines like V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Octane, or Arnold.
• Familiarity with real-time rendering tools such as Unreal Engine, Twinmotion, or Enscape is a plus.
• Ability to read and import architectural floor plans and elevations from CAD/BIM platforms like AutoCAD, Revit, or Rhino.
• Skills in post-production applications like Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• An artistic eye for composition, lighting, scale, and color theory, with strong communication and presentation skills.
• High attention to detail, organizational abilities, and capacity to deliver under tight deadlines.
