Job Overview

An international school in Saudi Arabia is seeking a dedicated English Language Coordinator to lead and support the English program for grades 1 through 4. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching and coordinating within the British Curriculum framework, managing curriculum development and supporting teaching staff to enhance students’ language proficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the English language curriculum implementation for primary grades 1 to 4.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure consistent instructional quality aligned with the British Curriculum.
• Provide guidance and training to English teachers to enhance teaching strategies and student engagement.
• Monitor student progress and develop interventions to support language learning outcomes.
• Maintain up-to-date records of curriculum changes and assessments to ensure compliance with school standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as an English language coordinator or in a similar role, preferably within international schools.
• Familiarity with the British Curriculum is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and school administration.
• Passion for promoting language development in young learners.
