Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse in Riyadh. This role involves ensuring efficient organization, management, and security of the warehouse while leading a team of Warehouse Attendants. The ideal candidate will act as a key communication link between the warehouse, transport agents, and site engineers to facilitate smooth material handling and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for the following:

• Maintaining an organized, secure, and well-kept warehouse environment.
• Supervising a team of Warehouse Attendants, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
• Maintaining a contact list of available attendants in the area to support daily staffing needs.
• Being available on a 24/7 basis for any emergency situations requiring immediate attention.
• Serving as the primary liaison between transport agents and site engineers to ensure timely delivery and handover of materials.
• Supporting the Logistics Supervisor with tasks related to receiving and handing over goods.
• Keeping the Logistics Supervisor informed of all warehouse activities and updates.
• Assisting in monitoring the physical movement of stock, including goods received from clients and suppliers, as well as materials supplied to subcontractors and site controllers.
• Ensuring daily updates are accurately made to stock cards.
• Verifying that the physical stock matches the records shown on stock cards and warehouse management software.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Between 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar warehouse coordination role.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities to manage warehouse operations and personnel.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with transport agents, site engineers, and logistics staff.
• Ability to work under pressure and be available for emergency situations around the clock.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management software and maintaining accurate stock records.
• Attention to detail to ensure physical stock matches documentation.
