We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Agent to join our finance team, specializing in logistics and courier services. This role involves preparing and processing customer invoices accurately and ensuring billing operations run smoothly and on time.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating invoices based on shipment data and approved rates. You will verify charges including surcharges and discounts, resolve any billing discrepancies by working closely with the operations team, and maintain precise billing records and reports. Additionally, this role involves responding to billing queries from operations and internal departments while ensuring adherence to company billing standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in billing, invoicing, or finance administration
• Background in logistics, courier, or freight forwarding is a strong advantage
• Proficient in MS Excel and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent numerical accuracy and keen attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and effective problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
