We are seeking a skilled Sales and Business Development Professional with an established network in the manpower supply sector, specifically serving the Oil & Gas and Construction industries in Saudi Arabia. This role is based in Jubail and demands a results-driven individual capable of generating new business and securing contracts.

Key Responsibilities

As part of the sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating qualified leads, turning opportunities into tangible projects and purchase orders. Your focus will be on manpower supply and supporting small construction and industrial projects. Building and sustaining strong client relationships will be crucial to success in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in manpower supply within the Oil & Gas or Construction sectors
• Extensive market knowledge and a strong network of contacts in Saudi Arabia
• Fluency in English with a basic understanding of Arabic
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Proven ability to close deals and contribute directly to company growth
