We are seeking a skilled Estimation Engineer with expertise in Civil, Mechanical (HVAC), Electrical, and Instrumentation disciplines to join our team in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have valuable experience in bidding and cost estimation, particularly for projects involving Saudi Aramco and SEC contractors. This is an excellent opportunity for Filipino nationals with a strong technical background and a proven track record in the oil and gas industry.

Key Responsibilities

The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing accurate bids and cost estimates for civil, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation projects. This includes analyzing project requirements, coordinating with technical teams, and utilizing various estimation tools to ensure competitive and realistic project proposals. The engineer must maintain compliance with client standards and support project bids by providing detailed technical inputs and cost analysis.

Required Skills

• Sound knowledge of estimation software and tools including Microsoft Excel and project management applications.
• Familiarity with SAP Ariba and other procurement or project costing software is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in preparing and reviewing bids.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants must hold a Bachelor of Technology degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering. A minimum of 7 to 10 years of professional experience is required, with at least 2 to 3 years specifically within the Saudi Aramco oil and gas sector. Experience working on projects related to HVAC systems is an advantage.

This position is based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, offering a dynamic and challenging environment within the engineering field. Candidates will work closely with contractors and engineers from diverse disciplines to deliver successful project bids tailored to industry standards.
