We are urgently seeking a seasoned Employee Relations Executive with a solid background in manpower and contracting within Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have between 5 to 20 years of experience and at least 6 years working specifically in the Saudi market. This role involves managing manpower deployment, maintaining subcontractor relationships, and ensuring compliance with labor laws to support organizational goals effectively.
Key Responsibilities
In this position, you will attend client meetings to drive business development and help formulate manpower plans that align with project requirements. Daily operational management is crucial, including overseeing the timely deployment of personnel within budget limits. You will also coordinate and monitor subcontractors to guarantee quality manpower services, while upholding strict adherence to relevant labor regulations and company policies.
Additionally, you will evaluate the performance of deployed staff, offer constructive feedback, and coordinate training initiatives to enhance their skill sets. Resource optimization is a key element to meet project demands cost-effectively. Regular reporting and manpower data analysis will support strategic decision-making, and you will work on process improvements to boost operational efficiency. Ensuring the health and safety of all deployed personnel by enforcing safety protocols is a fundamental part of this role.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 5 years experience in manpower or contracting companies, with at least 6 years in Saudi Arabia.
- Any graduate degree.
- Strong understanding of local labor laws and compliance requirements.

Compensation
