Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled RTFI Inspector with solid experience on Saudi Aramco projects to oversee inspection and quality assurance efforts within the oil and gas sector. This full-time role involves verifying compliance with project specifications and Saudi Aramco standards, coordinating inspection activities, and ensuring thorough documentation across all inspection phases.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will conduct comprehensive RTFI inspections following approved project procedures, review related documentation including inspection test plans (ITPs), drawings, and quality records. Ensuring that all completed work aligns with project requirements, applicable codes, and client expectations is essential. Close collaboration with QA/QC teams, construction personnel, engineering staff, and subcontractors to schedule inspections and address any non-conformances is integral to the role.
Additional duties include maintaining detailed inspection logs, monitoring inspection progress, assisting with Saudi Aramco client audits, supporting closure of observations, and contributing to the preparation of final quality dossiers and turnover packages.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Candidates should hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical field, supported by 5 to 8 years of inspection or QA/QC experience in Oil & Gas, petrochemical, refinery, or EPC projects. Experience specifically with Saudi Aramco projects is mandatory. Familiarity with Saudi Aramco inspection procedures, ability to interpret engineering documentation, and a thorough understanding of QA/QC processes are critical.
Strong communication and coordination skills are required to effectively manage interactions among project stakeholders. Relevant inspection certifications and current residency in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama are advantageous. Immediate or short notice availability will also be considered favorably.
