We are currently seeking skilled Lead Instrument Technicians and Lead Electrical Technicians for a long-term maintenance project within the Oil & Gas sector located in Ras Laffan, Qatar. Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will take charge of overseeing maintenance activities, ensuring all instrumentation and electrical systems operate efficiently and safely. Responsibilities include leading technical teams, coordinating maintenance schedules, diagnosing equipment issues, and implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in Oil & Gas maintenance roles
• Proven expertise in instrumentation or electrical maintenance within industrial environments
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Thorough understanding of safety standards and maintenance protocols in Oil & Gas facilities
