Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled IT Deskside Technician to deliver hands-on IT support at a client site in Riyadh. This role involves direct interaction with end users, resolving technical issues on-site to ensure smooth daily operations. The position offers a competitive salary ranging between 7,000 and 8,000 Riyals.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and fixing hardware and software problems, including troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices. Tasks include installing, configuring, and updating hardware and software, supporting business-critical applications, and effectively managing incident tickets following priority and SLA guidelines. Collaborating closely with the Service Desk and other IT teams is crucial, as is maintaining a strong focus on customer service while working both independently and as part of a team.

Required Skills and Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in IT support or deskside technician roles
• Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating systems
• Solid understanding of desktop and laptop hardware and software issues
• Basic network troubleshooting skills
• Experience with current Microsoft Office suites
• Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy Objects (GPO)
• Competence in diagnosing printer and peripheral device faults
• Hands-on experience with hardware installation, relocation, and removal
• Ability to detect and remove viruses effectively
• Basic support for tablets and smart devices
• Familiarity with ITSM or ticket management systems is preferred
• Strong ability to document and update incident reports accurately

Language Requirements

Applicants should demonstrate proficiency in English at a B2 level and Arabic between B2 and C1 levels to communicate effectively with users and team members.

Candidate Eligibility

This opportunity is open primarily to Saudi nationals. Non-Saudi candidates must hold a valid Saudi work visa issued through the supplier’s legal entity, with authorization covering the entire assignment duration.
