Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Ducting Supervisor to oversee the installation and execution of ducting works on site. This role demands a candidate with hands-on experience in duct installation and strong supervision capabilities to ensure the smooth progress of HVAC projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage HVAC ducting installation activities at the construction site.
• Coordinate the installation of GI and PI ducts while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Interpret HVAC shop drawings and ensure accurate implementation in the field.
• Lead and manage manpower effectively to meet project deadlines and maintain productivity.
• Ensure compliance with site safety protocols and operational procedures throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 5 years of proven experience in HVAC ducting installation and supervision.
• Proficiency in installing GI and PI ducts and strong coordination skills with site teams.
• Ability to read, understand, and apply HVAC shop drawings in an operational setting.
• Hands-on experience managing site personnel and driving efficient site execution.
• Solid knowledge of site safety standards and implementation practices.
• Immediate availability for joining is highly preferred.
