Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team in Bahrain. This role focuses on nurturing young learners by providing a safe, engaging, and supportive environment tailored to their developmental needs. The successful candidate will use a structured preschool curriculum to deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities that encourage learning through play.

Key Responsibilities

The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for planning and conducting educational activities that align with children’s developmental stages. This includes teaching foundational concepts such as English language basics, phonics, numbers, colors, and shapes. Creating a warm and stimulating classroom atmosphere where children feel secure and motivated is essential.

Additional duties involve maintaining classroom cleanliness and organization, observing and documenting children’s progress, and ensuring their overall health and safety throughout the day. The teacher will also communicate regularly and professionally with parents to update them about their child’s daily activities and growth.

Collaboration with fellow teachers and preschool staff is required to promote consistency and enrich the learning experience. Participation in school events, celebrations, and open days is expected to foster a community spirit and support the school’s vision.

Supervision during meals, outdoor play, and other routine transitions is a critical part of ensuring a secure environment for every child.
