We are currently hiring baristas for positions based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This opportunity is open to candidates of all nationalities and offers direct hire with no agency involvement. The role includes competitive salary packages, free accommodation, and transportation services.

Key Responsibilities

The barista will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee and other beverages, maintaining high-quality customer service, and ensuring cleanliness and organization of the service area. Candidates are expected to efficiently manage 12-hour shifts that include breaks, catering to both indoor and outdoor service requirements.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary for barista position: 2,000 SAR per month
• Outdoor service staff salary: 1,300 SAR per month
• Cashier branch supervisor salary: 2,500 SAR per month
• Free accommodation included

• One day off per week

Candidate Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Arabic
• Immediate availability to join
• Transferable sponsorship status with release from previous employers, no transfer fees involved
• Expired Iqama accepted
• No involvement with exit/release or final exit restrictions (no huroob, no final exit)
