Job Overview

Silverlines Trading Co., based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is looking for a dedicated and detail-focused E-Commerce Assistant to help manage their online sales channels. The role requires 2 to 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations to effectively support and optimize the company’s digital sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

The E-Commerce Assistant will handle various aspects of online sales operations, including maintaining and updating product listings across major e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Noon, Namshi, and Trendyol. This includes managing product descriptions, pricing, images, and SKU data. Additional responsibilities include daily order processing, invoicing, shipment tracking, and addressing customer inquiries related to orders and deliveries.

Close coordination with the warehouse and logistics teams to monitor inventory levels and ensure timely order fulfillment is essential. The assistant will also support marketing initiatives by assisting in the planning and execution of online promotions, discounts, and campaign activities. Generating basic sales, inventory, and performance reports to track progress and operational efficiency is part of the role, requiring accuracy in data entry to maintain smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should have 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in managing e-commerce operations or similar roles. Familiarity with popular e-commerce platforms and an understanding of inventory management and order fulfillment processes are critical. The position demands strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to effectively coordinate across departments and handle customer concerns.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting tools is necessary to prepare the required analytical documents. A proactive approach and the capacity to work independently, while supporting team efforts, will contribute to success in this position.
