Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Auditor based in Muscat, Oman, to join a reputable accounting or auditing firm. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years working with multiple clients, preparing financial statements, and managing tax-related reporting. A professional certification such as CPA or ACCA is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Auditor will be responsible for overseeing and preparing financial statements and balance sheets for various clients. You will manage accounting records, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and conduct detailed audit procedures. Preparing audit reports, presenting findings, and supporting clients in maintaining organized financial documentation will also be essential parts of the role.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least three years of audit or accounting experience in audit firms or accounting offices.
• Proven ability to prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and tax submissions for diverse clients.
• Familiarity with accounting standards and financial regulations.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and various accounting software.
• CPA or ACCA certification is highly desirable.
