Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Category Manager to lead and expand our perfume category in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing product portfolios within the beauty, luxury, or FMCG sectors, coupled with sharp commercial insight to boost sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing category strategies that drive growth and maximize margins. You will manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and analyze sales data to optimize the assortment and pricing of our perfume portfolio.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in category management, particularly in perfumes, beauty, luxury goods, or FMCG
• Strong commercial acumen combined with analytical abilities to assess category performance and market trends
• Expert negotiation skills and hands-on supplier management experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of sales strategies, margin optimization, and profitability enhancement
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
