Job Overview

We are currently seeking a reliable Warehouse Labor Helper to join our team in Dammam. This role involves assisting with the movement, storage, and handling of materials within the factory premises. Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, be physically fit, and capable of supporting various warehouse and production tasks under supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and transfer materials throughout the factory as instructed.
• Manage in-house material movements and ensure proper storage of goods.
• Assist technicians and operators during assembly, packing, and production processes.
• Help with receiving, shifting, stacking, and issuing materials efficiently.
• Handle materials with care to prevent damage and maintain product quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of workstations, shop floors, and common areas.
• Follow safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to factory discipline.
• Support packing, labeling, and loading of finished goods.
• Assist with dispatch and logistics activities as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in warehouse or labor roles is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and moving goods for extended periods.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and safety procedures.
• Good communication skills and ability to work under supervision.
• Strong commitment to punctuality and reliability during 10-hour shifts.

Compensation and Working Conditions

This position offers a monthly salary ranging from 1000 to 1200 SAR. The role involves a 10-hour duty schedule and includes company-provided transportation for local transfers within Dammam.
