AMTC Group is seeking a skilled Camp Boss to oversee the daily management of our company’s accommodation facilities in the United Arab Emirates. This role focuses on ensuring smooth operations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety, and supporting employee welfare within the camp environment.

Key Responsibilities

The Camp Boss will be responsible for managing the daily administration of camp facilities, coordinating room allocations, and supervising maintenance and housekeeping activities. A key part of this role is to liaise closely with HR and administrative teams to address accommodation requirements and support the well-being of employees residing at the camp. Ensuring compliance with camp regulations, health, safety, and hygiene standards is a vital aspect of the position.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience managing company accommodations or camp operations
• Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively coordinate daily activities and welfare services
• Ability to enforce camp rules and maintain health and safety standards
• Familiarity with maintenance and cleanliness procedures
• Experience working in the UAE is highly preferred
