Trojan Construction Holding is seeking a talented and motivated Social Media Officer to become part of our dynamic Marketing team. This role offers a chance to leverage creativity and strategic thinking to enhance the company’s digital footprint across multiple social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

As a Social Media Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing content across all social media channels. You will collaborate closely with our social media agency, providing briefs and managing feedback to ensure content aligns with brand and campaign goals. Your role will also include developing innovative content ideas and campaigns aimed at boosting engagement and strengthening our digital presence.

Additional duties involve maintaining detailed content calendars, coordinating with various internal departments, writing and adapting copy tailored to different platforms, and supporting the production of onsite photography and video content. Constant monitoring of social media trends, user engagement, and overall campaign performance will be essential, along with proposing actionable recommendations for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field and possess 3 to 5 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content management. Experience collaborating with social media or creative agencies is highly valued.

Effective communication skills in both Arabic and English are preferred, along with strong writing and organizational abilities. The ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines is crucial. Prior experience in the construction, real estate, or corporate sectors is considered an advantage.
