Job Overview

SINOPEC is seeking qualified QC Supervisors and QC Engineers to join an ongoing Oil & Gas Separation Facilities project in partnership with Saudi Aramco. This role requires seasoned professionals who will help ensure quality control standards are met in line with Saudi Aramco’s stringent requirements.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and executing QC activities throughout the project lifecycle. Duties include reviewing Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and QC procedures. You will conduct inspections across civil, mechanical, piping, and welding domains, ensuring compliance with established standards. Coordination with clients and third-party inspectors is essential, along with preparing detailed inspection reports, Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and documentation supporting corrective actions.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
• 7 to 10 years of substantial experience in Oil & Gas projects
• Mandatory prior experience working on Saudi Aramco projects
• Comprehensive knowledge of Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards (SAES), Saudi Aramco Technical Instructions and Procedures (SATIP), API, ASME, and ASTM standards
• Valid Saudi Aramco approval is highly preferred
• Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal
