• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC and air conditioning systems.
• Handle electrical installations, troubleshooting, and repairs with precision and safety compliance.
• Carry out various skilled tasks as a multi-skilled technician.
• Execute plumbing repairs and installations efficiently.
• Perform carpentry work and painting duties to high-quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in one or more of the following trades: HVAC technician, electrician, plumber, carpenter, or painter.
• Strong technical knowledge and practical skills in respective fields.
• Ready for immediate transfer sponsorship and able to start promptly.
