Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff

Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction

Manage staff scheduling and floor coverage

Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently

Monitor service flow and maintain smooth operations

Train and mentor servers and support staff

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies

Requirements:

2+ years experience in restaurant or hospitality management

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and organizational skills
