Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and compliance of bathroom pods, MEP modules, and precast elements within prefabricated construction projects. This role requires a strong technical background along with hands-on experience in quality assurance and control processes.

Key Responsibilities

As a QA/QC Engineer, your primary duties will include:

• Performing inspections and monitoring of bathroom pods, MEP modules, and precast components to ensure quality standards are met.
• Verifying materials, dimensions, and finishes against project drawings and specifications.
• Identifying quality issues and implementing corrective actions to resolve discrepancies.
• Ensuring all processes comply with relevant codes, industry standards, and client requirements.
• Maintaining comprehensive quality records and documentation to support ongoing improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate should meet the following criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in QA/QC roles, with a preference for candidates experienced in prefabricated construction.
• In-depth knowledge of quality standards, codes, and best practices related to construction and modular assemblies.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong reporting and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and inspection procedures.
• Must be currently available to work within the UAE.
