Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Health Support Associate to join our team within the insurance sector. This role focuses on managing medical claims, pre-approvals, and providing exceptional customer care in a dynamic healthcare insurance environment. Candidates must be Arabic-speaking males with relevant experience in medical claims processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process medical claims and pre-authorizations with accuracy, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Apply appropriate medical codes and follow regulations diligently to maintain claim integrity.
• Handle patient case management, including referrals, hospital admissions, and approvals for high-cost treatments.
• Deliver excellent support to members, clients, and healthcare providers by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain confidential medical records securely while adhering to GDPR and data protection standards.
• Consistently meet departmental performance indicators such as turnaround times and quality benchmarks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Valid QID with secondment status.
• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine or a closely related field is preferred.
• 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in medical claims processing, pre-authorization, or a similar healthcare insurance role.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, insurance policies, and medical coding practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Male candidates only, preferably of Lebanese, Syrian, Jordanian, Palestinian, Tunisian, Yemeni, Algerian, or Moroccan nationality.
