Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate Early Education Specialist based in Riyadh to deliver exceptional early childhood education programs focused on holistic child development. This role involves creating an engaging, nurturing, and structured learning environment that fosters emotional, social, and academic growth for young learners, both online and on campus.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Providing high-quality early education classes tailored to young children’s developmental needs.
• Establishing a supportive and positive classroom atmosphere to encourage children’s confidence and enthusiasm for learning.
• Teaching essential early learning skills, including literacy (phonics, reading, storytelling), numeracy (basic math, counting, shapes), motor skills development, and social communication.
• Designing and implementing interactive, play-based activities and creative projects that enhance hands-on learning.
• Preparing detailed lesson plans, conducting assessments, and maintaining progress reports for each student.
• Promoting positive learning habits, discipline, and emotional well-being among students.
• Maintaining regular communication with parents to discuss their child’s progress, behavior, and learning goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, Child Development, or a related discipline is preferred.
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience teaching early education or kindergarten-level classes.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood learning strategies and developmental milestones is essential.
• Excellent skills in classroom management, effective communication, and engaging young children.
• Ability to develop structured and age-appropriate lesson plans that stimulate learning and curiosity.
• Must be currently residing in Riyadh to support both online and on-site teaching.
