Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Instrument Supervisor to oversee pre-commissioning activities at our Ras Laffan site in Qatar. This key role involves managing system handover processes and leading coordination efforts among construction, engineering, operations, and client teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities

The Instrument Supervisor will lead all pre-commissioning tasks related to instrumentation. This includes supervising system inspections, testing, and validation phases, as well as ensuring timely communication and collaboration with all stakeholders involved in the project lifecycle. The successful candidate will uphold high standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence throughout the commissioning phase.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• Extensive experience in instrumentation with a strong background in commissioning activities
• Proven track record in project management within an industrial or engineering environment
• Excellent understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards and quality control
• Strong leadership abilities and capacity to coordinate across multidisciplinary technical teams
