Future Kid in Kuwait is seeking a motivated and attentive Cashier to join our lively team. Key Responsibilities

As a Cashier, you will be responsible for processing various payment types, including cash and cards, using the POS system efficiently and accurately. Your duties will also include selling tickets, game cards, and entertainment packages, while actively promoting special offers and discounts. You will provide clear information about our packages and benefits to customers, ensuring they have a great experience from start to finish.

In addition, you will handle daily cash reconciliation and maintain detailed transaction records. You will also assist in resolving basic customer inquiries and complaints calmly and professionally. Supporting branch operations and promotional efforts along with maintaining a clean and organized cashier area will be part of your role.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in a cashier or customer service role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly approach when interacting with customers.
• Accurate cash handling and solid numerical ability.
• Basic proficiency with computers and POS systems.
• Confidence in upselling and promoting entertainment packages and special deals.
• Professional appearance coupled with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Flexible availability including the ability to work weekends and public holidays.
