Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Level 1 Technician to join our team in the UAE. This role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Fiber Optic and FTTH networks to ensure seamless connectivity. The position is an outsourced role with a yearly renewable contract, offering a monthly salary of 4,000 AED. Key Responsibilities

As a Level 1 Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining fiber optic and FTTH equipment, configuring and troubleshooting ONTs, routers, and network devices. You will manage copper and wireless network equipment, perform fault isolation, and restore services promptly. Fieldwork will require adherence to safety and quality standards while delivering reliable service to customers independently.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of practical experience in computer networking, GPON/FTTH, or field network operations
• Hands-on expertise in fiber optic installation and maintenance
• Experience working with access and distribution networks, including customer premises equipment
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Capability to work autonomously, following all safety and quality protocols
• Minimum education: High School Certificate; Diploma in Telecommunications, Electrical, Electronics, or Networking preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to relocate and operate anywhere within the UAE

Work Environment

This is a field-based role requiring technicians to work on-site across various locations in the UAE. The ability to manage technical tasks independently and maintain a high level of service quality is essential.
