We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Pakistani Restaurant Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities and hands-on experience managing restaurant operations, especially in the context of Pakistani cuisine. This role requires effective communication, staff coordination, and maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

The Restaurant Supervisor will oversee daily restaurant activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Responsibilities include managing and motivating staff, maintaining quality service, coordinating between the kitchen and the service team, monitoring staff performance, and ensuring the restaurant environment is clean and disciplined.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Valid Iqama with current residence in Riyadh
• Fluency in Arabic for effective communication
• Previous experience supervising a restaurant, preferably with Pakistani cuisine
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
