Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Project Director to lead and oversee the strategic planning and execution of complex projects. This role requires aligning project objectives with organizational goals while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation efficiently. You will proactively identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to keep projects on track. Strong communication skills are essential to facilitate collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, and external partners. Monitoring project performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics will support ongoing improvements and ensure optimal outcomes.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in project management, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role within a relevant industry.
• Possession of PMP, PgMP, or an equivalent project management certification to demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and cross-functional teams while delivering results on time and within budget.
