Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead and oversee all construction operations on-site for major industrial projects in Khobar. This role demands strict compliance with Saudi Aramco standards and project specifications while managing timelines, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams effectively to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Construction Manager will be responsible for managing all construction activities on-site, ensuring they align with Aramco’s rigorous quality and safety requirements. The position involves developing detailed project schedules, tracking progress closely, and implementing strategies to avoid or address delays promptly. Leading a diverse team of professionals, the manager will foster a collaborative and productive work environment that prioritizes safety and quality. Additionally, the role includes overseeing budget management by controlling costs, approving necessary expenditures, and ensuring financial targets are achieved.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related discipline; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 15 years of progressive experience in large-scale industrial construction projects, with significant exposure to Saudi Aramco operations.
• Valid Aramco approval for functioning as a Senior Construction Manager is mandatory.
• Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PE (Professional Engineer), or an equivalent qualification are highly regarded.

Work Environment

This role is based in Khobar, within a dynamic and challenging industrial construction environment. The Senior Construction Manager will work closely with multiple stakeholders, including contractors, engineers, safety officers, and project management teams, ensuring that all activities comply with strict industry and company standards.
