Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and energetic female Counter Sales Associate with barista experience to join our busy cafe in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of relevant experience, a valid food handling certificate, and the ability to provide excellent customer service while managing cash transactions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverages following standard recipes
• Handle customer orders accurately and provide friendly service at the counter
• Operate the POS system for billing and cash transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with food safety regulations
• Assist in food handling and preparation tasks as needed
• Ensure a welcoming atmosphere for customers by being approachable and energetic

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in barista roles or cafe counter service
• Possession of a valid Food Handling Certificate
• Strong communication skills with a friendly and energetic personality
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Preferred nationalities include Sri Lankan, Nepalese, and Indian candidates, although all nationalities are welcome to apply
