Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Executive to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professionals with at least three years of experience in HR within service-oriented environments. As an integral part of the HR department, you will assist in managing employee relations, supporting training initiatives, and ensuring smooth onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the HR & Training Manager by driving employee engagement activities and overseeing the entire employee lifecycle. You will coordinate learning and development programs aimed at enhancing team performance. Additionally, handling payroll administration, benefits, and ensuring compliance with company policies will be central to this role.

Required Skills and Experience

Applicants must have a minimum of three years’ experience in a human resources capacity within a service-driven setting. A deep understanding of HR policies and performance management practices is essential. Proficient communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are required. Comfort with Microsoft Office applications is necessary for daily tasks and reporting.
