Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled IT Help Desk Specialist to join our team in Kuwait. This role focuses on providing technical support, troubleshooting computer and network issues, maintaining office hardware, and assisting users with technology needs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with hardware maintenance, software installation, and network setup to ensure smooth IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

The IT Help Desk Specialist will be responsible for supporting both hardware and software needs across the organization, including:

  • Maintaining and repairing office equipment such as printers, computers, and network devices.
