Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Administrator to join a dynamic team in Qatar. This full-time, on-site role focuses on managing and supporting IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless user support, and maintaining robust system operations.

Key Responsibilities

The IT Administrator will be responsible for overseeing user account management, configuring access controls, and ensuring regular data backups and accurate IT documentation. Maintaining and troubleshooting networks, servers, hardware, and software systems will be critical to minimizing downtime and promoting uninterrupted operations. The role also involves applying security updates and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Close coordination with vendors and service providers is necessary to facilitate timely maintenance and support. Regular monitoring of system performance is essential for smooth daily IT functions.

Required Skills and Experience

Candidates should have 1 to 2 years of practical experience in IT administration or technical support roles. Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems, as well as foundational knowledge of networking and cloud technologies, is essential. Strong problem-solving abilities combined with effective communication and documentation skills are highly valued. Preference will be given to applicants holding a transferable QID.
