Job Overview

We are inviting qualified candidates to attend a walk-in interview for the role of Lifeguard at our facility in Emrill Main Village, Al Quoz. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with the skills and certifications required to ensure the safety of swimmers in a professional environment. Immediate joiners with relevant experience are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities and Physical Requirements

Applicants must demonstrate strong swimming abilities and water safety skills, including:

• Swimming at least 100 metres freestyle continuously
• Completing 50 metres swim within one minute
• Swimming 25 metres backstroke efficiently
• Diving to a depth of 2 metres to retrieve a 4 kg object from the pool bottom
• Treading water for 5 minutes without using hands to support the body

Lifeguards will be responsible for monitoring pool areas, responding swiftly to emergencies, and communicating clearly in English while applying correct lifeguarding techniques and terminology.

Required Skills and Certifications

To be eligible for the role, candidates must bring:

• An updated CV detailing relevant experience
• Educational certificates supporting qualifications
• Valid Pool Lifeguard certification
• Current First Aid certification

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates who have a minimum of one year of lifeguarding experience and are ready to start immediately will be given priority during the selection process.
